The App provides weather information and related features for personal, non-commercial use. Functionality may vary by region, device, iOS version, and third-party data availability.
Weather information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The App is not a substitute for official warnings, emergency services, or professional judgment. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
The App may retrieve data from third-party providers (for example forecast and radar sources). Those providers are not responsible for the App, and their terms may apply to underlying data services.
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, charges and renewal terms are handled by Apple according to your Apple ID settings. Free and paid tiers may differ as described in-app before purchase.
You agree not to misuse the App—including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it in violation of law.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeeperGuard and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
